Update1.4 - New Boss, mechanic, and minor changes

added a new "boss"

added a restart button to the game over screen to start back at level 1 if game over occurs

added a trampoline or spring

changed the difficulty of the last phase of the boss down a tiny bit

fixed the "display" bird on level 3 not able to reach the point to turn around properly as well as the area it can move around to better display the chasing attribute
